In contrast to the Express Edition, which is already available as a download version, the Professional Edition includes more layout types, offers more features to design and use decorative elements and enables the user to create PDF/A files.
The Perfect Print 7 applications are programs for creating and managing print output. Layout templates help to flexibly modify the printed output of documents so that they can be placed on standard stationery, may be printed with an additional logo, or that multiple pages fit on a single sheet of paper.
Perfect Print 7 aims at making everyday work with content that will be printed on paper (texts, images, tables and graphics) easier. Users can for example re-layout and print reports, brochures and documentation papers, and while doing so, they are not restricted by the functionality of the source application that was used to create the original document.
Moreover, Perfect Print 7 offers features to add additional content to existing files, to edit print layouts, to create new documents, to save documents or pages as a PDF, PDF/A or image file and to send the resulting document directly by e-mail.
