When Gordon Russell thought about how much he was going to charge for access to the lessons in his website ImLookingForWork.com, he drew down on how he personally felt when he was having hard times not so long ago and the result was a low cost offering that could serve the majority and a free option for people who just plain and simple could not afford it. Well it's not completely free because he wants the people taking up the free offer to do something for him, Pay It Forward and perform a random act of kindness for someone else that needs a little help.
This is his random act of kindness and it can be claimed just for the asking, actually even easier than that, they can help themselves. ImLookingForWork.com is a short video series that teaches where work can be found, what to do to prepare for a job interview, what to do in the interview and even includes some tips about what to do after the interview.
A positive approach towards job hunting has always served Gordon well and in the video series he can't stress enough the need for job seekers to change their thinking from I'm Unemployed to I'm Looking For Work. He says that this change in attitude alone is a massive job magnet, because when people are told that someone is looking for work, they usually want to help.
Gordon says that although most job seekers only look for work in a couple of places, his video series has uncovered a dozen places they can go to find work and more will be added over time.
