Vancouver, BC, April 17, 2012 — ACIC Inc. Federal Skilled Workers WORKSHOP
Rescuing YOUR Federal Skilled Worker Application
Saturday, May 26, 2012. ACIC Inc. will be holding a nationwide workshop for the residents of the UAE who have applied for Permanent Residence Status under the Federal Skilled Workers Program on or after February 28, 2008, and who are facing difficulties in managing their applications or who suspect that their applications might be refused. (Applicant for Permanent Residence status in Canada under the Federal Skilled Workers application program are experiencing delays in the processing of their applications. Immigration Applications made on or after February 28, 2008 were subject to the set of Ministerial Instructions 1, 2 & 3.
Applicants most adversely affected were those who applied on or after November 28, 2008 and until June 30 2010. Delayed FSW applicants are also under the risk of having their files refused as a result of lack of understanding of the definitions of required documents.)
Is this workshop right for any FSW applicant?
Applied on or after February 28, 2008? Application been promised a 12-month processing time and no tangible results were observed yet? Are unsure that the representative is adequately servicing application? Have applied without the assistance of a professional representative and assume that have fully understood the information on the CIC website? Have lost faith in the application and feel that the delays encountered could mean that the application will be refused? Do wish to be educated on all that is necessary to ensure that the application receives a positive decision? Do wish to receive all the necessary tools, manuals and training that will aid in remedying any faults in the application? Do wish to be educated on how the Canadian Ministerial Instructions 1, 2 and 3 for Federal Skilled Workers have impacted the application?
If the answer yes to any of the above questions, ACIC Inc. invites and encourages everyone to partake in this nationwide event.
