This easy-to-use ADSL tester, model A0010002, tests the physical layer, network layer and lines in accordance with ADSL, ADSL2, ADSL2+ and Re-ADSL standards. Network layer tests include Ping, IP config, route and tracert tests. The tester features multi-tasking allowing it to conduct tests while the operator browses previous test records. It stores 1000 test results and 7 test configurations. It communicates with a computer via RJ45 and RS232 communication ports for data exchange. It also allows for online software updates and simulates PC and dial-up via Modem. In addition, it boasts a built-in rechargeable lithium battery with a large capacity of 4000 mAh 7.2 V allowing for up to 6 hours operation. It is equipped with a large color touch screen.
