This compact fiber fusion splicer, model C0210002, offers both normal and automatic splicing modes. It features single X or Y view and simultaneous X and Y views, a short splicing time of 9 seconds and an impressive tube heating time of 30 seconds. It detects cleaved fiber end-face faults and adjusts parameters automatically. It has a fiber cleaved length of 8 mm to 16 mm with coating diameter of 250 µm. This digital fiber fusion splicer can store 1000 groups of splice records.
Equipped with a 5.6 inch color LCD screen, it displays fiber cleaved and offset angle and core and clad offset clearly. It offers USB and VGA interfaces. In addition, it is shock resistant and has an intelligent menu design. This compact fiber fusion splicer is an ideal tool for construction and maintenance of fiber and cable in both field and laboratory applications.
