This industry's most secure multi-protocol embedded HF RFID reader module, model 713008, is compliant with ISO 15693 and 14443A/B standards and features minimal power consumption and maximum read range. It provides unparalleled investment protection and optimal performance for RFID embedded applications.
A standard 50 Ohm external antenna can be attached to improve the read range. This RFID reader module offers software adjustable host interfaces including UART (TTL), SPI and USB and provides a simple and intuitive API for encryption algorithms and key storage. It also provides seven general purpose I/O ports for input from and control over peripheral devices. In addition, it consumes little power: 4 mA in sleep mode, 75 mA in idle mode and 175 mA in scan mode.
