This custom-built tiny chip is an ideal device forsystem integratorsproviding a high performance,cost-effective platform to provide almost any device with RFID reader technology.

This HF Mifare RFID reader/writer module, model 713004, operates at a frequency of 13.56 MHz andreads /writes ISO 14443A compliant RFID transponders at a distance dependant on the antenna used.

This RFID reader/writer module performs multi-detection and provides a baud rate of 19200 bps. It provides RS232 and TTL interfacesfor communication with computers and has a minimal power requirement of only 5 V DC, 100 MA. In addition, it has passedCE and FCCtechnical certification.
