If a student, group of students, class etc speaks with their president of their school and the school decides to save 20 percent with our solar panels program, Richman Surrey will donate up to $10,000 to the person/organization/group.
Nick Palumbo, VP of ecommerce, at Richman Surrey says “it’s a win-win situation for everybody! The schools have no out of pocket expenses to get the panels and they are guaranteed to save 20% on their energy needs after their monthly lease payment. At the same time if a student can get a semester of college paid for due to their efforts, fantastic! Ultimately our goal is to see 10 to 20 schools take action. We will gladly build large power plants for them.”
Any students that are interested in promoting this to their schools should contact Nick Palumbo at [email protected] for more information/handouts.
To date the solar firm has done 250 installs and has 17 MW of solar power panels in reserves to get projects completed. The donation is based on the cost of 1 semester of schooling at their location. The donation will not include funds for books/room/board.
