London, UK, October 14, 2011 — Procare today launched their new service aimed to providing the ideal service for businesses; a better quality service at a lower cost. How do they do this. Using the decptively simple illustration of carpet cleaning Alan Hart Procare Director from their London office explains how their new cleaning management system works.
"Of course, you can try to clean flooring yourself, but "domestic" carpet cleaners cannot really deal with the dirt found in a high traffic office or even a doctor's or dentists surgery. The professional specification and equipment use by Procare operatives significantly reduces the risk to employees and visitors"
"As a national commercial cleaning company Procare are experienced in diverse range of cleaning projects, and with its 25 years of experience, their quality is undoubtedly very high. Carpet cleaning is just one service that can be provided by the many self-employed cleaners that work under the name of Procare."
Given the use of self employed people how can Procare maintain quality? Alan explains their latest innovation.
"Our operatives may be self employed but they have to lodge a sum of money with us, a "performance bond" which stands as a fund for compensating customers in the event of poor quality work. So our cleaners in addition to their own reputation have a financial stake in getting the job done correctly"
There is another benefit to their customers in this approach which might not be immediately obvious. Procare can not only offer a better quality cleaning service but can also save their customers money as Alan explains.
"Procare provide invoices directly from their self employed cleaners many of whom are not VAT registered, hence saving many companies 20% on their cleaning costs. This is particularly of interest to doctor’s and dentists surgeries as they cannot cannot reclaim VAT."
So why exactly is carpet cleaning important?
"There are are three things to consider" explains Alan,
1. "The prevention of mould. Carpets provide a breeding ground for mould and fungal growths, meaning that offices and medical institutions must either ensure that carpet is not used, or is cleaned thoroughly often. The warmth in the carpet is perfect for mould to grow, and in cold buildings this is perfect. Often buildings will be cold during out-of-office hours, meaning that carpets can quickly and easily become a breeding ground for mould. When these moulds do grow, skin allergies can be caused, especially to those who already sensitive skin. Furthermore, conditions like this can lead to skin infections. Naturally, businesses do not want to be responsible for this.
2. Professional carpet cleaning can effectively get rid of insects, too. Given that carpets trap allergens and dust, insects will be attracted to the carpet. When you allow the carpet to go without cleaning, insects can soon take up residence en-masse
3. Finally, professional carpet cleaning can help the carpet keeps its form. An uncared for carpet can lead to ragged edges, given that dirt particles wear the fibres. Through constant use, carpets can become unsightly."
Choosing Procare's new commercial cleaning services would seem to give buinesses the best of both worlds; a high quality result whilst saving money, and carpet will thank you for it, for many years to come!
