The Maryland Green Registry is a state-wide initiative through the Maryland Department of the Environment. This voluntary program promotes and recognizes organizations that demonstrate leadership in environmental sustainability.

In order to earn a spot in the Maryland Green Registry, BalanceLogic demonstrated several environmentally friendly practices in place at their Waldorf location. These practices included the implementation of an Environmental Policy Statement, waste reduction and reuse, recycling efforts, energy efficiency through the use of CFLs, and demonstrating efficient business travel.
