Satheesh Sadasivan is a property manager with the Ashoka Lion Association Management team in Houston. Satheesh joined Ashoka Lion in 2008 from a financial advising background with the prestigious financial advising firm of Ameriprise. Satheesh credits his background in financial advising and collections in his ability to handle customer request and deal with the stress that comes from being a manager for our Houston area associations. In addition, Satheesh is also a graduate of the University of Houston and graduated from Kempner High School in the Fort Bend County area.
Ashoka Lion is a full service association and investment property management firm in the Houston and Dallas markets, and the firms are dedicated to increasing our commitment to being experts in our property management community. Examples of this commitment to excellence are that our managers are actively seeking out accreditations and additional training to help us serve our Association clients. For example, our managers are committed to earning the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and Satheesh earned his CMCA designation in 2010. With a commitment to leadership, Satheesh and Ashoka Lion’s other team members are continually improving themselves to deal with the rigors of the increasingly complicated world of property management (whether for investors or Associations).
