While Abdel Gaber was just following his normal daily operation and was asked to change a light bulb along the Pool, a child slipped on the marble stairs into the pool and her mother couldn’t catch her from the side of the pool and was threatened of drowning. Abdel Gaber didn’t hesitate to save her and jumped to rescue her, in a blink of an eye he jumped into the pool to rescue her without even thinking a second about his clothes getting wet or his phone getting damaged.
The parents appreciated his quick action, with his exceptional fast response he managed to save their 4 years old daughter’s life, Abdel Gaber was also appreciated by Ashraf Naguib the General Manager of the hotel, received a certificate of appreciation during the monthly staff party, being highlighted as Yes I Can Star of the month, as well as his phone was replaced by a new one through the management.
Abdel Gaber goes beyond his duty and saved my daughter’s life, words can’t describe my appreciation to him; I will neither forget this situation nor what he did for my only daughter. Said Moataz Ibrahim, daughter’s father.
