Adjustable dumbbells are made of a metal bar that has a central part engraved with a crosshatch model. Fixed-weight dumbbells are simply weights designed in a dumbbell model. “Selectorized” dumbbells are very similar to adjustable ones. Their weight can be changed whenever you are resting in your dumbbell stand.
