Galesburg, IL, 01-June-2013 – Hayden Chiropractic and Knox County chiropractor, Dr. Jeffrey Hayden D. C., are pleased to announce that chiropractic solutions for chronic vertigo are available. Traditional medical findings blamed the dizziness, nausea and loss of balance on Meniere's Disease, a condition of the fluid in the inner ear. Chiropractic studies recently have indicated that the condition may instead be the result of subluxations in the vertebral column.
Dr. Hayden explained the findings as reported in "The Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research" during a recent interview. "A study reviewed the therapeutic care for a group of ten individuals who had been found to have Meniere's Disease. When x-rays of the cervical area of patients were completed, each patient showed evidence of subluxations in the neck."
He continues, "In each case, the patient had a bone that was creating interference in the central nervous system function. The chiropractors initiated the appropriate procedures to correct the subluxation. There was positive results in one hundred percent of the experimental group."
For patients who underwent the appropriate chiropractic adjustments, the episodes of dizziness and worse showed significant improvement almost immediately. Patients were no longer troubled with waves of dizziness and nausea. The fall incidents dropped significantly.
Another common symptom associated with Meniere's Disease is roaring in the ears. Correction of the subluxations has been useful in reducing or eliminating this distracting and disturbing symptom.
