YASH’s management additions include: Tom Genazzio as Vice President of Sales, SAP Services; Tom Hanzlick as Practice Director, Trade Industries; Paul Struck as Practice Director, Process Industries; and Robert Melkonian as Practice Director, Services Industry. The new appointments are part of a larger organizational plan to align with a vertical go to market strategy.
Tom Genazzio has over 25 years of experience in marketing technology solutions and professional services to Fortune 1000 companies, including managing sales organizations, penetration of new markets, major account programs, and strategic planning. As Vice President of Sales, SAP Services, Tom will be responsible for the large enterprise sales efforts and enhancing the sales approach around SAP applications. Prior to joining YASH, Tom served as VP and General Manager, North America, at Bristlecone, an SAP services partner focused on supply chain consulting; Vice President and GM at Cambridge Solutions; Managing Director of Commercial Services Business at KPMG Consulting and BearingPoint; and founder and principal of EagleSoft.
Tom Hanzlick has 12 years of experience with SAP solutions for the consumer packaged goods and wholesale industries. As Practice Director, Trade Industries, Tom will be responsible for enhancing YASH’s services and solutions portfolio in support of SAP solutions to directly address the business challenges of the trade industry vertical. Prior to joining YASH, Tom worked for a reseller of SAP solutions and was a major contributor on a sales team that grew revenues by 144% by selling software licenses, consulting services, hosting and support. In addition, he served as a practitioner in process manufacturing for a CPG company for 10 years, and as a solution consultant in the software industry for 17 years.
As Practice Director, Process Industries, Paul Struck will be responsible for enhancing YASH’s services and solutions portfolio to directly address the business challenges of the process industry vertical. Paul has more than 20 years of information technology and business process consulting experience. Prior to joining YASH, Paul managed a variety of SAP solution-based business transformation initiatives with Fortune 500 clients including DuPont, BP, PepsiCo, and Microsoft. He has 18 years experience in consulting, including senior positions at Deloitte, Accenture, and Hitachi Consulting.
As Practice Director, Services Industry, Robert Melkonian will be responsible for enhancing the services and solutions portfolio in support of SAP solutions to directly address the business challenges of the services industry vertical. Prior to joining YASH, Robert served as an FI/CO consultant at SAP America, Inc.; Siemens; and CSC. He was involved in several full cycle implementations across multiple industries as senior project manager and senior consultant responsible for design workshops, architecture, configuration, integration testing, and leading training initiatives. Robert is also PMP certified.
