Luxury Swiss watch maker Parmigiani Fleurier yesterday celebrated the world launch of their glittering 15 Days objects of art, a crystal celebration of precious time crafted in collaboration with Lalique, at the ‘W’ Hotel in the Qatari capital Doha. The launch was conducted in the presence of the CEO’s of Parmigiani Fleurier and Lalique, Jean-Marc Jacot and Silvio Denz, respectively.

Luxury Swiss watch maker Parmigiani Fleurier yesterday celebrated the world launch of their glittering 15 Days objects of art, a crystal celebration of precious time crafted in collaboration with Lalique, at the ‘W’ Hotel in the Qatari capital Doha. The launch was conducted in the presence of the CEO’s of Parmigiani Fleurier and Lalique, Jean-Marc Jacot and Silvio Denz, respectively.
The timepieces, a masterly representation of the partnership between the horological genius of Parmigiani Fleurier and the masters of designer crystalware Lalique, are the latest examples of the Swiss maison’s outstanding ability of marrying creativity with precision and tradition with technology.
The 15 Days timepieces are true collectors’ items, the latest in the list of exquisite objects of art produced by the master craftsmen at Parmigiani Fleurier.
Each piece is encased in a silver plated cabinet, 142 mm high, 80 mm deep and 96 mm wide. The 132-component movement comes with a patented power reserve of 15 days and possesses double key winding and time-setting. The entire masterpiece is of course, brilliantly set off by Lalique’s glittering handmade glass crystals.
“The 15 Days timepieces are a triumph of creativity and precision and a celebration of our cooperation with Lalique,” said Jean-Marc Jacot. “We chose to launch these unique objects of art in Doha as we consider the Middle East region one of our most significant markets.”

The 15 Days timepieces as well as the rest of Parmigiani Fleurier’s range of fine watches and can be viewed at the Al Majed Jewellery stand at the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition, the region’s premier event for watches and jewellery being held at the Doha Exhibition Centre from February 25 to March 3.
