Ken Kindt represented Signworld at this event for two purposes. First, to educate the two coaches involved about the Signworld opportunity and what the right candidate for Signworld looks like. Throughout this the two-day conference, Ken spent time with each coach individually giving them a well-rounded education on the Signworld business model, the types of custom signs our owners fabricate, they type of candidate that would be the best fit to be successful under Signworld’s “wing” as well as what the candidate should expect for their lifestyle and business goals.
The second purpose of the three meetings was to give a 15 minute slide presentation to about 40 prospective new business owners at each event. There were 8 franchises in attendance. Each one gave a presentation. Afterwards, the attendees broke up and met individually with the various franchises.
In addition to the education provided at the meetings, Ken Kindt also offered an opportunity for the prospects and consultants to really dive in deep and get more than just there feet wet in regards to their understanding of Signworld. Ken invited everyone to see a working facility and put a “face with the name”, so to speak. Ken arranged visits to local Signworld locations for several of the people in attendance.
