Operating with EVM2812via MCBUS, this interfaceboard,model IB2812, optimizes the performance of 28X DSPs. When workingalongwith MCK2812 L/HVD and EVM2812 evaluation board, it forms a complete digital servo motion control system.This interface board offers 6 channels of PWM output, 6 PORTB I/O for the keys and LEDs, CAP input, and 8 channels of AD input either AD0-7 or AD8-15.It also provides special purpose chips with SPI interfaces to manage the nixie tube display and keys.Additionally, users can fully utilize eachof the on-chip function pins,for example, to definePWM, A/D, I/O and capture.

This interface board belongs to GAO’s family of TI DSP Evaluation Boards. The line includes two similar products: 2812EVM-I TI DSP Evaluation Board and 2812EVM-II Evaluation Board which is an upgrade of its GAO 2812EVM-I. They are specially optimized for motor driving and control systems based on MS320F2812 series DSPs. The line also includes MCK2812 LV (Low Voltage) Servomotor Driver and MCK2812 High Voltage Servomotor Driver and some other similar products.
